I don't know about you, but every time Costco comes out with their coupons we have a freezer full of food that we don't normally buy. This last week we picked up some precooked chicken strips on sale and I made this quick recipe that's a little bit of a copy cat recipe from Subway.
Hot Wing Sandwich
Heat precooked chicken strips in the amount desired according to package directions. Add Frank's hot sauce to chicken and top with your favorite sandwich dressings. For those who enjoy blue cheese I'm sure it would be a great addition either as a cheese or as a dressing to top the sandwich. For me, who doesn't care to eat moldy cheese, ranch dressing is yummy too. It's great served with celery sticks!
