I found a new way to use up some of that holiday candy. It sounds a lot like the fruit salad we always ate around Thanksgiving growing up, minus the candy. I'll post the recipe now, and when and if I get around to making it I'll post a picture.
Snicker Salad
Rachel Ray's Website
by Kelly Westra
Ingredients:
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz. each)
2 cups whole milk
1 tub whipped topping (8 oz.) such as Cool Whip brand
3 red apples diced (with peel)
3 bananas, sliced
1 bunch seedless red grapes
3 king size snickers bars, diced (or substitute any leftover candy bars from Halloween)
Preparation
Mix the pudding and the milk. Let set and then fold in the cool whip. Add fruit and diced candy and fold together. Serve immediately.
You could also throw in a can of mixed fruits too, or as replacement to some of the cutting if you're strapped for time.

I had this at a pot luck dinner once and it was soo good! I kept going back for more...and picking out the snickers!! he he. But the mixture of fruit and chocolate was awesome, and since there was fruit my brain thought it was healthy!
I believe fruit cancels out chocolate.
